For Muffin Tin Monday we read the book Does a Kanagaroo have a Mother too?
The food doesn't really go along with the book but she had a ham sandwich, chips, carrots and strawberries.
And she sure liked it a lot.Especially those yummy strawberries... delicious!
Then that night for Home Evening we did the lesson The Armor of God. It was good and Brooklynn enjoyed helping.
I just realized that my friend Lindsay Kemeny gave us the book for a shower for Brooklynn when she was born and then this was Lindsay's lesson from our old Home Evening group. It was Lindsay Day!!! I didn't plan that. Anyways, I really enjoy having home evenings and I am so glad that Brooklynn likes them and is involved. I am noticing that when we do home evening our week is better and we have a happy home. I am very thankful for my family and all of our blessings.

Ha ha, aren't Lindsay days the best? LOL. You are so good at doing FHE each week...definitely a good example for me! :) -Lindsay Kemeny
